Over the years, my experiences have taken me through diverse places and phases, shaping me into the dedicated professional I am today. As a wife, mother of three, and manager, I spent many years juggling multiple roles while learning, growing, and finding grace in the balance. My professional path was primarily rooted in the banking industry, where I held key positions in training, management, mentoring, and coaching. My leadership contributed to one of the highest-performing branches within my credit union.
Alongside my corporate career, I felt a deep calling toward personal growth and energy healing, having studied and practiced these modalities for many years. In 2016, my life took a profound turn with the loss of my beloved husband, a moment that transformed me on every level. Through that experience, and with the guidance of a spiritual leader who coached me through my own healing, my spirituality deepened in ways I could never have imagined.
That awakening inspired me to step away from the corporate world and dedicate myself fully to helping others through coaching, Reiki, and energy work. The lessons I have gathered through love, loss, and spiritual growth now guide my mission to support others as they navigate their own paths of healing and transformation.
The Heart-Centered Coach and Reiki Master
I am not just a coach; I hold the professional titles of a licensed Heart Intelligence Coach and Reiki Master, with expertise in Usui and Karuna Reiki. Presently, I am studying and have completed the first two levels of training in Spain for Toque Zen, another form of energy work that accesses the chakras to promote healing. My mastery in Reiki empowers me to teach, attune, and guide others toward greater wholeness.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in exploring the world, connecting with people, and sharing wisdom across cultures. My travels have taken me across the U.S., overseas to the United Kingdom, South Africa, Europe, and inspiring destinations like Spain, Portugal, and France. Spain, in particular, has always felt like a second home; a place of growth, reflection, and spiritual learning. Each journey has deepened my understanding of healing, human connection, and manifestation.
